COURSE DESCRIPTION
In partnership with the American Public Power Association (APPA), we are excited to offer Foundations of Financial Management and Rate Design - a two-day introductory course designed to provide utility leaders and staff with a practical understanding of utility finances, budgeting, financial health, rate design, and long-term planning.
This course is part of the ElectriCities Public Power Professionals Program (EP3) that will be launching later in 2026.

This course is designed for public power professionals who want to better understand utility finances and rates, regardless of their financial background.
