COURSE DESCRIPTION
In partnership with the American Public Power Association (APPA), we are excited to offer Strategies for Financial Management and Rate Design—a two-day training designed to help utility professionals navigate financial planning, budgeting, and rate design with confidence. Led by industry experts, Dawn Lund & Chris Lund, from Utility Financial Solutions (UFS), this course provides essential tools for achieving financial stability, optimizing rate structures, and effectively communicating financial strategies to stakeholders.
This course serves as a stepping stone for a new professional development program we are developing to support leaders in public power. As part of this initiative, we are piloting select courses to gauge interest and refine the curriculum to best serve utility professionals.
